With a simple registration process, attractive exclusive partners privileges, a highly flexible and unlimited commission policy, in-depth beauty training workshops, and a powerful App to support Partners alongside a dedicated care team, every customer can become a Ngoc Dung Beauty’s Partner.

1. PARTICIPANTS

All customers can register to join the Partner program of Ngoc Dung Beauty.

2. HOW TO REGISTER

Join the Ngoc Dung Partner program COMPLETELY FREE and receive attractive benefits immediately. Register now through 3 official channels to start with us:

2.1. Register via the “Ngoc Dung Beauty” app
Download the Ngoc Dung App on App Store/CH Play, select the “Cộng Tác Viên” section, and fill out your personal information, including:

Personal information (Full name, Date of birth, ID card number, Phone number, Address, Email, etc.)
Personal tax code (if applicable)
Bank account information
Photos of ID card (front and back)

Once your profile is verified, your account will automatically switch to “Verified” status.

4. COMMISSION AND BONUS POLICY

Partners will enjoy the following commission and bonus policies:

4.1. Direct Commission

10% of the total invoice value from customers referred by the Partner.
The total invoice value from customers referred by the Partner is calculated within 30 days from the day the customer becomes an official Ngoc Dung Beauty customer.

4.2. Monthly Bonus

Service Bonus
Monthly bonus conditions and limits will be provided to Partners once the registration is complete.

4.3. Quarterly Bonus

Cash Bonus
Travel Bonus
Quarterly bonus conditions and limits will be sent to Partners once the registration is complete.

4.4. Year-End Bonus

Bonus based on the number of customers with invoices referred by Partners
Year-end bonus conditions and limits will be provided to Partners once the registration is complete.

5. CONDITIONS FOR RECOGNIZING CUSTOMERS REFERRED BY PARTNERS

A Partner’s customer referral is only accepted if:

The referred customer has never been a customer of Ngoc Dung Beauty (has no customer code in Ngoc Dung’s system).
The customer must be directly scheduled by the Partner via the Ngoc Dung Beauty App or registered with the Partner department via Zalo or the hotline *3232 before the customer comes to use the service

6. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Ngoc Dung Beauty services to potential customers.
Support customers with booking appointments and visiting Ngoc Dung branches.
Provide customer care and support with information.
Update monthly promotions from Ngoc Dung Beauty.
Fulfill personal income tax obligations as required by tax authorities.

7. NGOC DUNG’S RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely and accurate payment of income (commissions, bonuses) to Partners according to the company’s regulations.
Ngoc Dung Beauty will act on behalf of Partners to fulfill income tax obligations and provide all related information upon request.
Create a transparent, fair environment where all Partner benefits are secured.

8. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

8.1. Direct commission: Commissions will be accumulated on all invoices from customers referred by the Partner within one month.

Withdrawal requests:
Timing: Partners can submit withdrawal requests on the Ngoc Dung Beauty App from the 1st to the 15th of the following month.
Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 200,000 VND.
Payment: Points will be transferred to the Partner’s account within 3 business days after the request is confirmed.

8.2. Quarterly and Year-End Bonus:

Quarterly bonuses will be transferred to the Partner’s account from the 20th to the 25th of the first month of the following quarter.
Year-end bonuses will be paid between March 5th and March 15th of the following year.
Partners are responsible for paying personal income tax on commissions, quarterly bonuses, and year-end bonuses received.
Ngoc Dung Beauty will be the intermediary to deduct 10% of the Partner’s commission/bonus points (if greater than or equal to 2 million VND) to support the Partner in complying with regulations and tax obligations (According to the law on tax rates for part-time and irregular side income, full tax is paid)

8.3. For bonus services:

Partners can use the bonus service immediately after the results are confirmed. The bonus service is valid for 30 days

8.4. For travel rewards:

Partners can use the travel reward service immediately after the results are confirmed. The travel rewards are valid for 180 days
